Welcoming Zoe Rudge to LNW

My name is Zoe and I am thrilled to be your tutoring with LNW from September.

I live in Worsley and have been teaching for over ten years. I trained initially in Further and Higher Education settings and have taught in colleges, high schools, drama schools and SEND provisions. I am so excited to be now working with the Learn North West team in a tutoring capacity.

I am currently curriculum lead in an outstanding 4-19 SEND School in Manchester. My current School is a specialist provision for pupils whose Autistic Spectrum Condition and Speech, Language and Communication (SLCN) Needs have become a barrier to their learning.

I have a performance background having gained experience in theatre, television and film. I have also been the lead singer in both indie/folk and covers band, performing throughout the North West. I also love musical theatre!

When I am not teaching; I am usually at the theatre or planning a trip to the theatre. My favourite musical is ‘Wicked’. I have a dog called Hercules who keeps me very busy! He is very cute! My favourite food is lasagne and I really, really like chocolate!

I absolutely love teaching and believe that great communication between parents and teachers is key to providing a nurturing environment where every child feels safe enough to flourish.
