It’s been a long time coming but after 5 years we are now thrilled to announce that we have appointed three of our Associate Tutors to the role of partner.
These teachers have worked extremely hard and consistently shown commitment to LNW, our clients and shown high standards in their work; we are excited to embark on this next step in our journey together.
Amy Summers
Amy will be taking the lead with Key Stage 1 and co-leading our Upper Key Stage 2 provision. With her extensive experience as a Deputy Headteacher in a Prep School and her recent role supporting the provision in Key Stage 2, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to her role with LNW. Amy will start her role in April and lots of you will hear from her soon.
Liz Dodd
Liz will be taking the lead with Lower Key Stage 2 and the introduction of specialist Dyslexia provision. In her teaching career, Liz has spent much time in the Year 3-4 phase and has detailed understanding of these transitional years in the early juniors. Liz is a nurturing and caring teacher who has a keen interest in supporting children with additional needs and is looking forward to completing the BDA Dyslexia specialist teacher qualification next academic year. Liz will begin her role in September and is very much looking forward to getting started.
Jo Wormstone
Jo is one of our longest serving associates and from September will be taking a leading role with the Year 4 11+ course, co-leading the Entrance Exam course with Helen as well as Upper Key Stage 2 provision with Amy. With a wealth of experience from a long and successful teaching career in which Jo has undertaken maths coordination in her school, as well as over 4 years working with children who are preparing for Trafford and Independent Entrance Exams, Jo brings such a wealth of knowledge to the team. Jo will begin her role in September and is looking forward to this next challenge.
We are sure that you will join us in welcoming them to our partner team and look forward to their positive contributions to support our clients and our services.
